Our program offers homeless individuals the opportunity to earn homeownership by completing a two-year volunteer service commitment.

Participants volunteer at least 21 hours per week with locally approved charity organizations, earning 'mortgage credits' that lead to the ownership of a tiny home.

This journey not only provides a secure place to live but also instills a sense of purpose and community.

Our tiny homes, manufactured by Permanent Party Homes, are placed in supportive villages located in urban areas.

These villages foster a sense of belonging and self-sufficiency, with communal gardens, a community center, and access to essential services.

We ensure every participant is supported through our dedicated project managers and on-site staff, helping them stay on track and achieve their goals.
