Our Mission

As part of the Do Good On Purpose community outreach initiative, the Harvest Soup & Salad Cafe Mobile Unit brings fresh, wholesome meals directly to underserved areas—serving alongside other mobile services like FreshStart, Guardian Health & Wellness, and Moments of Dignity.

This mobile café delivers more than just soup and salad—it delivers dignity, nourishment, and a tangible reminder that no one is forgotten.

What We Do...

Our mobile kitchen unit serves chef-prepared nutritious soups and salads made from locally sourced, chemical-free produce grown by HarvestBox Farms, our sister organization operated by U.S. military veterans.

The mobile unit operates during FreshStart community outreach events, setting up near our network of mobile hygiene units, clothing stations, wellness screening buses, and outreach tents. Together, these services create a full-circle experience that feeds the body, restores dignity, and supports forward momentum.
